Terms and Conditions for INTERNET SERVICE:
Rates exclude Taxes, Federal Universal Service Fee and FCC line charge. Client is responsible for any local or long distance telephone charges incurred while connecting to any World-Link Internet access number which are not included in client's primary local calling area or based on the client's local calling plan and coverage for internet access service. Actual internet connection speeds may vary.

PROMOTIONS:
Promotional Offers are subject to change without notice. World-Link reserves the right to terminate or revoke the offer at any time without prior notice at its discretion. Promotions have no cash value. Promotions are offered for a Limited Time Only. The actual number of Free Minutes varies by destination and is based on standard rate per minute of 5 cents and is distributed during a 5 consecutive months. Friend Referral promotions will be applied only to existing clients who refer a new clients subscribing for World-Link's Local and/or Long Distance Service only.

Your outgoing calls must not exceed 50 minutes of use or $25.00, whichever is greater within the 30 days of service activation. Incoming calls do not count against this total. You may request a refund if your outgoing calls do not exceed 50 minutes or $25.00, whichever is greater but you will be charged you for the overage. Account must be in good standing and not have any unpaid balance or past due. You will be responsible for additional charges, taxes, fees and directory assistance. Other restrictions apply.

Unlimited Calling Plans:
World-Link offers unlimited local, regional and long distance service plans for calls made within the continental U.S. and billed at a monthly recurring fee. These Unlimited Calling Plans are intended for single-family direct dial residential voice use and may not be used for commercial purposes, internet, data or fax service and does not apply to any calls that are indirectly-dialed, e.g., Directory Assistance Calls, Operator Service Calls, Calling Cards or Dial-Around Service. World-Link may suspend, restrict or cancel your service if your usage is inconsistent with residential voice usage and bill for the corresponding additional usage incurred. At World-Link’s sole discretion, if it determines that the Customer's use of the service is inconsistent with residential voice usage, World-Link will assess Additional Usage Charges to the Customer's account. The Customer’s use of more than 2000 minutes per month per telephone line, shall cause an Additional Usage Charge to be billed on customer’s account of 2 cents per minute. Unlimited Calling Plans do not include calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or 900 number pay-per-call and other information service calls; these and any international calls will be billed per minute based on World-Link’s current retail rates, unless otherwise noted. World-Link shall present invoices for recurring charges monthly to the Customer, in advance of the month in which service is provided, and Recurring Charges shall be due and payable by the invoice due date. When billing is based on customer usage, charges will be billed monthly for the preceding billing periods. Depending upon billing cycle, customer's first invoice may include partial monthly fee in addition to the standard monthly fee billed in advance. All rates exclude the application of Taxes and other Charges, including but not limited to the Subscriber Line Charge, Local Number Portability Charge, and Universal Service Fund.

Refer-A-Friend Promotion:
If an existing World-Link subscriber (“Referror”) refers a new subscriber (“Referee”) for eligible local and/or long distance service and calling plans, the Referror will earn the applicable promotion on his bill for the referral, provided the following terms are met: Referree must supply the Referror’s telephone number at time of sale. If the Referror’s telephone number is not given at the time of sale, World-Link will not provide the Referror with a credit. The new customer (Referee) must be active with usage for six months and pay the first bill for referral credit to be earned. There is no limit to the number of referrals a subscriber can provide nor the number of credits he can earn. Credit shall be given as a credit on the Referror’s bill once the Referee has met the requirements. Credit for multiple referrals will not be granted in the same month. For example, if a subscriber provides multiple referrals, the subscriber will receive a $20 credit per month, over consecutive months until all credits have been granted. In the event the subscriber cancels his IDT service prior to the receipt of one or more credits, the subscriber shall forfeit the right to receive the remaining credits. There is no cash value for the referral credit. Both Referror and Referee must be active with usage and not have a past due balance at the time of credit for the credit to be granted. This promotion shall run no longer than one year and may be cancelled at World-Link’s discretion without notice.

Lowest Price Guarantee:
World-Link guarantees the Lowest Price available to all clients subscribed to World-Link Direct Dial Long Distance Service. We will beat or match any advertised price for same service to any of our specified targeted destinations within the last 30 days by recalculating your calls within the last 30 days at the lower advertised rate and crediting your account with the difference. Lowest Price Guarantee will consider and take into account the total and overall cost of the rates advertised and all charges associated with the service (including but not limited to contract commitments, connection charges, surcharges, fees, minimum usage amounts, prepayment, credit card payment requirements, or special introductory and limited time rates). If we are unable to match the lower price advertised, we will award you with a $10 coupon goods towards any World-Link service and applied as a credit on your account. Lowest Price Guarantee is available only for exact destination code matches, including, without limitation, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), service type, or calling package rates, unlimited plans, or “free minutes” promotions. Offer applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public online. Without limitation, this does not include corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, or incentives. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be displayed on a US-based advertising that is available to the general public and must be quoted and priced in US dollars (and without reference to currency converters). You must contact us at 1-800-750-8353 within thirty (30) days of your call placed to the specified destination to determine if you are eligible for a discount or credit with the name of the company, advertisement and destination for the lower price. World-Link must be able to access or obtain the lower advertised price for elbility. The lower rate must be available for subscription and verification at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives. All requests, including advertisement, are subject to World-Link's verification. World-Link’s decisions are final, and, by submitting a request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by them. World-Link will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. Nor will World-Link verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit to your World-Link account for the difference of the advertised rate for up to a 30 day period, within 7-10 days of verification. Limit: $100 per account per calendar year, regardless of the usage or lines per account. World-Link reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Lowest Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. World-link’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Best Quality Guarantee:
World-Link guarantees the overall quality of telephone calls made by any Sigma service subscriber or your money back. This guarantee includes the speed of call connection, the quality of sound, and the speed of fax or data transmission to be above the industry standard available for the particular country called. If a customer reports a quality problem to World-Link’s Client Support, a trouble ticket will be opened and investigated and if it is determined that the quality for that particular call was below the industry standards, a refund for that call will be applied to the clients invoice for that particular call. This guarantee is only available to fixed line subscribers using Sigma direct distance dialing (DDD) service on Feature group D connections (1+). Sigma service is NOT available to Local, Calling Card, 800+ or MobileLD service subscribers.
